A bottle presented to Cliff Beevers as chair of the Steering group for JG300

At the end of the meeting the chair of the Steering group for JG300 was somewhat embarrassed when Douglas Buchanan presented a bottle of whisky to him and a wonderful bunch of flowers to his wife, Liz Beevers. Liz has been involved with most of this year's activities but most notably through her leadership of the history walks around the village, as one of the authors of the book on the history of the village and as one of those brave enough to open up her garden on August 12th for Gardens Open Day.
