We hold between eight and ten public meetings a year, generally on the fourth Wednesday of the month. None in July. All meetings start at 7:00pm and aim to conclude by 9:00pm, usually in the committee room of Juniper Green Village Hall, but please check the meeting details in case of a change of venue or time.
We sometimes have a presentation with speaker(s) on a current topic and this is followed by the Business Meeting including reports on Planning, Licensing, Neighbourhood Partnerships and Police crime updates. We also cover any issues raised by you in an open forum towards the end of the meeting.
